With Industrial design by Renfrew Group International, the Lucenxia® Intellis is an intelligent cycler for nocturnal Automated Peritoneal Dialysis (APD).

The design work was conducted over a period of 18 months during which continuous liaison with our Malaysian client and their subcontractors maintained a work-pace in line with an ambitious product introduction timeline. During the assignment, RGI produced full manufacturing data which was also used to create RIM moulded prototype parts in the UK.

INTELLIS™ is an automated unit developed by Lucenxia with design by Renfrew Group, forefront technology from Switzerland and features auto programming and remote monitoring abilities to suit different home or hospital patient treatments. It does not require any input from the patient and all treatment settings are configured automatically after receiving the nephrologist’s prescription remotely.
