PCV Valve Assembly And Test Machine
PCV valves are produced in a wide variety of forms and styles to suit a large range of vehicles.
Flexible manufacturing methods allow valves to be produced in metal, plastic or a combination of both with in line, 90 degree and angled profile variants.
PCV stands for positive crankcase ventilation.
In all petrol engines pollutant combustion gases seep past the piston rings and build up in the crankcase.
The gases are forced through the PCV valve and into the air cleaner to be mixed with fresh air and routed back into the combustion chamber to be burned safely.
Using a base machine with a standard footprint a range of processes can be selected to provide a fully automated assembly and test facility with manually loaded components indexing through a series of operations resulting in 100% inspection of all PCV valve functions and manufacturing integrity.
Quick change tooling design allows one machine to produce in line, and angled valves to give a flexible and cost effective production facility.
Latest PLC control system and operator interfacing fully monitors and displays every stage of progression.
